have you ever taken a moment asking yourself why you have all it takes to having a very strong and stabled internet connectivity but do not have it?
have you wondered why sometimes you have full signals on your internet device IE your phone or your router but still have that poor internet connectivity?
These among some other critical questions I used to ask myself after I realized that
I. I have all it takes to experience a very strong and stable internet connectivity.
II. I have full signals on my internet device. yet, still experience poor internet connectivity. I then started to make some research as to why this is happening. This research included other twenty five people who by this research, also had the same experience as I did. Yes; some of these factors may be known, whiles others may be new to you.
So upon several observations, we were able to come out with the following factors:
Low signals on your internet device:
Although having full signals on your device does not always means that, you are going to have a very strong internet connectivity. What it means is that, you are closer to a network tower. But This is by far the most popular factor that may contribute to poor internet connectivity. So let’s take 4G for example. In your vicinity, you may be enjoying a very strong internet connectivity, but getting too far from your network tower or having low signals that is 1 to two signals may certainly have an adverse effect on quality of your internet connection.
What to do:
Although as I said earlier, full signals does not always translate in to good internet connection. But it is always a good idea to have full signals on your device in order to enjoy the full network connection experience. Therefore, always ensure that you are closer to a network or cell tower as possible.
Living in overcrowded or busy areas:
Living in an overcrowded or busy areas can also have negative impact on the quality of your connection. This is where personally, I experienced the most. However, myself and that of my friends who conducted this research asked people who are experts in the game, including some reasons we knew ourselves some of the reasons are as follow:
1. Interference from nearby network.
2. bandwidth sharing
3. overloaded cell towers as a result of too many connections.
I usually experience this whenever I am in the city. When I visit my relatively small town, even with two signals on, I enjoy a faster connection speed.
This is often because, in my town, there is a handful of people with internet access or with advanced internet gadgets. This however
reduces the workload on our cell towers, allowing internet users to browse as fast as we can.
So what to do:
Always ensure that, in order to have a very strong internet connection, you do not find yourself in a busy or in an overcrowded area, considering the factors above.
